Job Description:

Shall support the Finance and Accounting Senior Manager in planning, directing, and supervising the programs and activities of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable department. He or she will also be primarily responsible in managing and resolving matters/ problems relating to accounts reconciliation and collections and in interacting and coordinating with other departments pertaining to customers’ accounts.

Primarily responsible for:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Credit limit and credit insurance management
  • Rebates control
  • Accounts Payable
  • Account reconciliation
  • Managing payment schedules and credit term

 

Requirements:

  • A graduate of B.S. Accountancy, preferably Certified Public Accountant
  • With at least two (2) years related work experience in credit management-trade, insurance, and collection
  • With conceptual and leadership abilities, goal and result-oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • With good oral and written communication skills

Shall be primarily responsible for evaluating cost estimation. He or she will control, plan, and monitor all cost aspects including pricing, be negotiating, and cost management of products.

 

Requirements:

  • A graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or any related course
  • With knowledge or background  in Cost Management, Cost Down, Value Engineering, Planning, Purchasing and Scheduling is an advantage
  • With familiarity/knowledge in System Application Product (SAP) is a plus
  • Proficient in the operation of Microsoft applications

Shall be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, designing, and performing the Value Engineering (VE) technical evaluation for the Sharp washing machine line from its basic to specialized functions.

 

Requirements:

  • A graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, preferably with license;
  • Possesses proficient skills in the operation of Auto-CAD and/or Pro-Engineer design software;

Shall be responsible for developing and establishing sales plans that will introduce Sharp products in the Business to Business (B2B) segment. The sales analyst is also responsible for researching and identifying potential customers and then visit these prospective clients’ commercial, industrial, or business establishments to conduct product presentations. He or she will also be in charge of documenting account activities, keep records and generate reports of business transactions, and collect payments from customers.

 

Requirements:

  • A graduate of any four or five-year course
